I'm Sara, a graduate in Economics, and for over 6 years I've been consciously seeking self-awareness. Since 2018, I've chosen to learn holistic and self-awareness techniques, and have been professionalizing myself. It has been a personal rediscovery that has brought improvements to all areas of my life, from financial to personal, intellectual, and professional, as well as a deep connection with spirituality.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

With training in various holistic therapies, including over 13 Thetahealing® courses, Neurobiological Deprogramming® certification, Access Bars®, Soul Plan Reading®, Stellar Quantum Table, Arcturian Multidimensional Healing System, Reiki, Astrology, for over 2 years I've been contributing as a holistic therapist and self-awareness facilitator for people seeking personal improvements on all levels, guiding sessions, workshops, mentorships, and advanced therapeutic support.

From 2022, I've chosen to deepen my service even further and become an Instructor in the deepest self-awareness methodology I know, Detox da Identidade®. Here, I teach courses, give lectures, and offer individual programs. With all this progress, I ask myself the empowering question: What else is possible in this process of self-awareness? How can I contribute to more people?"
