I have been working with Integrative Therapies since 2018. I'm a mother to Luna, a wife, and an entrepreneur. I lived in Australia for 4 years and had the opportunity to experience amazing courses, workshops, retreats, and initiations that were fundamental for strengthening my being and realizing the life that resonates in my heart on this journey as a human being.
In my quest to lead a life with more meaning and purpose, I began meditating and studying self-awareness. I experienced episodes of anxiety and often didn't understand why it was happening to me.
I delved and still dive into myself, feeling firsthand the benefits of understanding and accepting who I am, and since then, a world of possibilities has opened up in my heart. Since these therapies have brought so much clarity and lightness into my life, I decided to share what I have been studying through simple tools that help balance the energy centers of our body, bring us closer to who we are without judgment, and benefit not only ourselves but also everyone around us.
